Chris Espinal is a world traveling CrossFit and movement coach. Originally from Miami, FL, he implanted himself in New York, NY and became a very successful coach and young entrepreneur. Chris underwent the Barbell CEO overhaul, with a personal branding and website make over, with additional one on one consulting. One month after he contacted The Barbell CEO, we had him set up and on a plane to South America, where he traveled to Columbia, Brazil, Peru, Miami, and more, to pursue his passions of coaching, fitness, and people.
