We have set out to create a program that incorporates the best training principles known to man. Developing power, strength, and athleticism no matter your age and abilities is critical to your ongoing health and success, both in the gym and throughout your life. Our Human Athletics program is a monthly membership service providing over 20 workouts directly to your phone or computer. 

Program Specifics:

  • 4-5 Workouts Per Week
  • 4 Weightlifting Blocks (snatches, cleans, and jerks)
  • 4 Strength Blocks (squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls)
  • 4 High Intensity Interval / Metabolic Conditioning Blocks
  • 2 Plyometric Blocks
  • 1 Active Recovery Day / Mobility and Movement
  • Sport-Specific Warm-Ups
  • Flexibility
  • Corrective Exercises

You will need:

Although all of these are not 100% vital to the completion of the program, you will need most if not all to fully optimize your training. This list below is listed in level of importance. If you find you do not have the key tools, either (a) make best with what you don't have and perform the movements and workouts to the best of your ability, and (b) look for a new place to train. Most CrossFit, garage, and high school gyms have necessary space and equiptment to get the job done.

The ability to be mobile is critical to joint, tissue, and human health. Without proper mobility, your body will find ways to accomplish movements by forfeiting postural and structural integrity, often leading to overuse injury, pain, stiffness, and diminished progress. Every session has detailed warm-up drills and corrective exercises to help you stay healthy and develop your overall mobility to assist in the creation of a new you!



Explosive individuals can create more power, run faster, jump higher, and stimulate more muscle mass at one time. The effects of plyometric training have been used by elite athletes and coaches for decades, and it is now time for all humans to join in on the amazing these benefits. Every week you will perform a series of jumps and explosive drills to teach you how to move, run, lift, and resist injury more effectively. 

Olympic Weightlifting

Power production is critical to creating dense, lean, and athletic muscle. The ability to move heavier loads under higher velocities will help you gain strength, muscle, speed, and lose body fat. The inclusion of snatches, cleans, jerks, and other weightlifting variations will help you develop a well-rounded and athletic musculature and promote next level gains in strength, power, and muscle.

Strength Training

Strength will set you free. Throughout the program, you will become accustom to using barbell training to effectively develop strength and muscle. Compound lifts are integrated into your workout (squats, deadlifts, presses, row, etc) to enhance your fitness foundations and build an empire of fitness.

Muscular Balance and Growth

By incorporating strength and hypertrophy training for specific body parts, we are able to bring up lagging muscles, sculpt an athletic physique, and develop a well-rounded and symmetrical figure. Every workout will incorporate accessory sections that will develop smaller muscle groups, make yo more resilient to injury, and build new lean muscle.

Metabolic ConditionING

To burn fat and spare muscle wasting, specific conditioning protocols can be used to develop metabolic systems within the body that will help us perform at higher levels. Every week you will train to develop your cardiovascular system, your muscle endurance system, and your anaerobic pathways (without oxygen) to fully develop your fitness.
