Looking for an online strength coach who actually programs for you?

Most people searching for remote strength coaching find the same thing: generic templates, minimal communication, and a program that could've been written for anyone.

If you're looking for a real online weightlifting coach or strength coach who builds your program from scratch, stays engaged, and adjusts as you go, you're in the right place. This is individualized remote strength coaching for lifters who are serious about getting stronger and done guessing at their programming.

Who This Is For

You've been lifting for years. You're not a beginner. So why does progress feel so hard to come by?

Most lifters at your level aren't lacking effort, they're lacking structure. The right program, built around how you actually recover, how many days you can realistically train, and where you actually want to go.

This coaching is for you if:

  • You're intermediate to advanced and feel stuck despite showing up

  • You want real programming, not another cookie-cutter template

  • You train 3–5 days a week and want to make every session count

  • You care about technique as much as the numbers on the bar

  • You want a coach who's going to pay attention, not just send you a spreadsheet

My Approach

I've coached Olympic weightlifters, strength athletes, and serious gym lifters for over a decade. That background was built on technical precision, progressive loading, and understanding how the body actually adapts. That experience and knowledge is what goes into every remote program I write.

This isn't generic hypertrophy content. It's not influencer programming dressed up as coaching.

It's intentional. It's specific to you. And it's adjusted as you go.

What’s Included

Fully Individualized Programming: Built around your goals, your equipment, your schedule, and your history. Not a template with your name dropped in.

Weekly Check-ins: We review what's working, what's not, and adjust accordingly. This is where most online coaching falls flat — here it's non-negotiable.

Video Technique Feedback: Submit your lifts and get real coaching on bar path, positioning, and execution. This is where remote coaching actually earns its price tag.

Ongoing Program Adjustments: Life changes. Training blocks end. Plateaus happen. Your program evolves with you, not against you.

Direct Access: You have a question, you ask it. No ticketing system, no 5-day response time.

The Process

Most online coaching feels like you're on your own with a spreadsheet. This isn't that.

Intro Call (schedule now): When you come on board, we start with an intro call, not a sales pitch, just a real conversation about where you're at, what's gotten in the way, and what you're actually trying to build.

Intake Form (after our intro call): From there you'll fill out an intake form so I have everything I need before I write a single set.

Program Delivery and On-Boarding (2-3 business days): Once your program is built, you get onboarded into the app with a walkthrough video so you know exactly how to log training, message me, and upload videos. Nothing is left to figure out on your own.

Your First Month: The first few weeks matter more than most clients expect. That's when I'm paying the closest attention: watching how you respond to the training, how you move, and how you communicate. The faster we get into a rhythm of check-ins, video uploads, and honest feedback, the faster the program gets dialed in for you specifically. Clients who engage early get the most out of this.

Long-Term: From there, coaching becomes ongoing. Weekly check-ins, program tweaks when the data calls for it, technique feedback on your lifts, and real conversations when something needs to change… not a form submission into the void.

***This is a coaching relationship, not a subscription to a program.

What You Can Expect from me as your coach

I'm not going to tell you everything looks great when it doesn't. If your technique needs work, I'll tell you. If the program isn't producing what it should, I'll say so and we'll fix it. You're paying for real coaching, not validation.

I keep track of where you've been. Your injury history, what's worked, what hasn't, the context behind your training. You won't be re-explaining yourself every few weeks. That continuity is part of what makes the coaching actually useful over time.

I also don't wait for you to flag a problem. If I'm watching your check-ins and something looks off (recovery tanking, lifts stalling, volume creeping too high). I'll bring it up before it becomes a bigger issue. That's the job.

And regardless of your level, I coach you like an athlete. That means structured training with intention behind every decision, not filler work to make the program look busy.
